MelB: While I'm no expert on teens...I've worked with them in the public school for ten years and I know how difficult it can be to feel confident in who you are! While you may feel like this is the most challenging time in your life REMEMBER: Self esteem is how you present yourself...It's ok to not be a part of the so called "in crowd"...make no apologies for what you believe...ALWAYS express yourself and NEVER be embarrassed by who you are and where you came from...NO means NO and lastly but most importantly YOU DO MATTER...let no one take that away from you! xo Melissa

My hope is that this blog will encourage you to feel empowered, beautiful and accepting of who YOU are...inside and out!
